His "New HE-Man" workshops became particularly popular, helping men reconnect with their emotions and redefine what it means to be a Healthy Expressed man in today's world.

He incorporates elements of various wisdom traditions, including tantra and stoicism, to help men develop a more holistic and conscious approach to masculinity. His "21-Day HE-volved Man Challenge" exemplifies this, guiding men through daily practices that combine physical, emotional, and spiritual growth.
